He plays a lot of Role Playing Games, and a wide variety of multiplayer first person shooter games. But mostly, he plays Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games to fill up his time. His biggest dream is to infiltrate either Kojima Productions or Square-Enix.

Jonathan Tiang is a freshman in the GET course. He enjoys reading, music, drawing, dancing, and gaming. He usually plays first person shooters, but there are several games in other genres that sometimes tickle his fancy. Other games from the same genres may not generate much interest in him, so he’s not too sure that it’s the genre that affects him… He’s not very outgoing person, preferring to keep to himself. This is mainly because he enjoys his silence over the loud rackets that groups of people can make. If needed to, he can tolerate them, or even enjoy it if he feels like it, but he’s mostly a one-track guy, so telling him to join in the “fun” when he’s trying to read would usually be futile…

Zhi Xiang is a TP GET current freshman. He loves playing computer games, especially strategy games like the Total War series and Civilisation IV but also loves other genres of games like FIFA 09 and Left 4 Dead. He plays the guitar and also goes to Facebook to play games like Restaurant City, Mousehunt and Mafia Wars. He is more of an outgoing person to his friends and likes to know new people. He can be serious if he wants to but likes to have fun too. His greatest dream is to make a classic game and the companies he want to go to are EA, Microsoft and Ubisoft mainly.

blog-Nasyirah

Nasyirah, one of the few girls in the GET course for freshman year is a sociable and open person who loves challenges. Her passion for games started about 6 years ago and she currently enjoys playing World of Warcraft, a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG). She also enjoys other first person shooter games such as Counter Strike and Left 4 Dead. Besides her interest in gaming, she appreciates photography and music. Although GET was not what she had expected to be enrolled into initially, her experience here in TP so far had been rather fulfilling and she hopes to gain more exposure in the games industry in this 3 year course.
