TGX and WCG National Finals

This coming Friday to Saturday, there will be the World Cyber Games National Finals and The Games Expo at Suntec Singapore Hall 404. These 3 days will be the time where gamers can get to play games, watch people compete in WCG, not only in Singapore but all around Asia. Hopefully, yours truly can get pass the group stages for FIFA 09 (fingers crossed) and you can see yours truly compete on Friday (I, and my class, have no school on Fridays :D ) as well as seeing your luck course mates officiating the matches there. I have been to the WCG National Finals as a spectator, but this has been my first time as a participant there. And I have seen how the venue became worse as the years gone by. From having 3 convention halls at 2005 to a small hall on its own + a game expo for this year…. Hopefully, the venue can get better next year… One good thing is that the WCG Asian Championship is still hosted in Suntec, which shows that Singapore is still THE premier place for WCG…

    Oh, BTW, would tp have a booth there on just only for GCA?

    I’m not certain. We had a booth at GCA last year for sure, and my guess is that there could be again. In the event, the whole cohort gets involved again as event helpers etc. Pretty fun and a real opener again.:)

    well… i wanted to say whether we have a booth for tgx…. but when i think all over again, i think it’s a ridiculous 1 since it would have been announced so long ago… anyway.. hope that gca 2009 will be better :D ….
