“In a move that reflects the health of the nascent digital media industry here, Japanese video game giant Koei will hire 30 to 60 more staff for its Singapore games studio over the next two years. It currently has 50 workers in the five-year-old studio.”

Yesterday, seniors and juniors from GET paid a visit to DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore at the aptly named and decorated Pixel Building for an Information Session. A news report has just surfaced that is getting picked up by MMOG sites: basically, it seems that it’s illegal for online games, including MMOGs, to be sold in Australia. Excerpt from The Sydney Morning Herald:
